When making multiple requests for the same certificate holder a process has been introduced to allow users to copy data entered across multiple request forms. Once a request form has been completed a message will appear asking the user if they would like to “Submit another request for the same certificate holder?”



Choosing the option of ‘Yes’ will re-direct the user to the application landing page. From there they may select the certificate type. All data from the previous request, with the exception of the values listed below, will be pre-populated:

  • · Location – This value must be re-selected in the event that the new request is for a different Location.
  • · Department – This value must be re-selected in the event that the new request is for a different Department.
  • · Description of Operations – Free form text which must be re-entered.
  • · Attachments – Any document to accompany the request must be re-attached.
  • · Notes – Free form text which must be re-entered.

Choosing the option of ‘No’ will re-direct the user to the application landing page. From there they may select a new certificate request though none of the data from the previous request will pre-populate into the form.
