Email Notifications
For each stage of the certificate request process an email notification is generated to either acknowledge a request or to notify users of actions taken. Depending on the role permissions, a user may receive one or more of the following email notifications: • At time of certificate request submission. • At time of certificate review (for both Level 1 and 2). • At time of certificate approval. • At time of certificate rejection.
