User Roles
User roles in the certificate request site are defined by what a user can do, what a user can view, and what types of email notifications a user can expect to receive. There are six user roles: • Requester • Reviewer Level 1 • Reviewer Level 2 (UCLA only) • Approver • Reviewer/Approver • Administrator A user may be associated with one or more of these roles. Each role and their associated permissions details are explained in greater detail in the articles associated to this section.
