Below are step by step instructions on how to access the certificate request site if navigating through the University of California Office of the President Risk Services website.
Go to University of California, Risk Services page. This page can be located through the following link: http://www.ucop.edu/risk-services/
Click on the Rick Financing & Claims link
Scroll down on the new page, and click on the Certificates of insurance and insurance limits link
On the new page, scroll down to the Certificate of Insurance Issuing section, and click on the link:
https://ucinsurancecert.alliant.com/Pages/Landing.aspx
When the user clicks on the link, they will be re-directed to the University of California’s single sign on service (Shibboleth). They should then select the Campus or Medical Center location from the drop down list before selecting the ‘Next’ button.
Once the user signs in with their University of California email and password, they will be redirected to the Alliant Insurance Services certificate of insurance request site ("Alliant site").
Upon authentication, the user should see a landing page with several request options.
